Today started around 5:50am for me unable to sleep due to the eclipse. I'd planned on leave home around 6:50am and getting to the Bendigo Discovery Centre a little after 7am to watch the show there and check out some of the views from the telescopes provided by the Discovery Centre/BDAS. Below is a selection of shots of the eclipse that I captured on my Olympus e420 with the 42-150mm zoom lens @ 150mm with my home made solar filter that I used for the Transit of Venus. I'd planned on updating it with the same material that's in the glasses but never got around to it.
This is pretty cool how the eclipse can be seen in the light coming through the holes in the colendar.
