Today I came across a great little resource for photographers - Adorama Photography TV. There's a lot of information here, a lot I know and probably a lot I don't, one in particular is about panning (http://youtu.be/wI3ca72W3eM) which I've never really done before so I gave it a go, here are a few of my my first attempts.
All panning shots have the following settings based on the recommended settings from the above video.
Shutter priority of 1/50sec, continuous auto focus and burst mode, ISO and Aperture are auto set by the camera.
These last few shots are random shots before and after the shots above.
